Much success for Team T2 in 2010

March 17, 2010

The T2 Foundation is pleased to congratulate its athletes on a very successful 2010 season!

Hannah Kearney brought home a gold medal from the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver. Kearney, who competes in mogul skiing, had been performing well in the lead-in to the Games, winning a World Cup at Lake Placid. She made good on a long-term goal to win the Olympic competition and provided inspiration to the entire U.S. Team. Way to go Hannah!

Jeret Peterson flew and spun to a silver medal in men’s aerials. Peterson is the creator of the famous “Hurricane,” a trick only he can do. In the 2006 Olympics, he attempted it, but missed the landing. In Vancouver, he nailed it and has silver to show for it.

Team T2 was very well represented at the Olympics with Sarah Schleper, Jimmy Cochran, Chelsea Marshall, Kaylin Richardson, Alice McKennis, Jake Zamansky and Megan McJames all competing in alpine skiing for the USA.

Congratulations to all our 2010 Olympians!
